Pan African Film and Arts Festival
Festival highlighting African film and art held at two Los Angeles locations: Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the Rave Cinemas on Marlton Avenue. Usually held in February.

Hercules African Cultural Center
Established in 1991 to educate the general public about Africa and encourage African-Americans to identify with their African heritage. Provides African cultural dancers to perform at events and visits local schools o educate students about African culture. Also maintains a collectioni of African art, crafts, games, fabrics, and videos. Located in the city of Hercules, Contra Costa County, Northern California.

Museum of the African Diaspora
Showcases the history, art and the cultural richness that resulted from the dispersal of Africans throughout the world. Located at 685 Mission Strteet in San Francisco.
