Chino Hills State Park Discovery Center
Nature and visitor's center within a natural open space area in the hills of
the Sana Ana Canyon. The area is an important link in the Peunte-Chino Hills
Biological Corridor. Located at 4500 Carbon Canyon Road (State Route 142)
in the city of Brea.
Carbon Canyon Regional Park
131 acre regional park with 60 developed acres.
The developed area includes an interpretive center,
a four acre lake with two fishing piers
an outdoor amphitheater with seating for 45 people,
hiking trails, equestrian trails, mountain bike trails,
lighted tennis courts, baseball fields, volleyball courts,
horseshoe pits, children's playground,
large grassy areas, and picnic areas, some with barbecues and fire rings.
The undeveloped area features a trail leading to Orange County's only
grove of redwood trees (see
Trails in Brea). Carbon Canyon Park is located at
4442 Carbon Canyon Road (east end of Lambert Road) at Santa Fe Road in Brea.

3-City County Park Just Outside of Brea
Tri-City Regional Park
This 40 acre park with an 8 acre fishing lake, bicycle trails,
picnic tables, and barbeques is within the city limits of Placentia but it
is bordered on two sides by the city of Fullerton and it is within
a quarter mile of the city of Brea.
Located at 2301 Kraemer Boulevard in Placentia.
