China Alley Historic District
Historic district with eleven historic buildings on a short street in Downtown Hanford near Seventh Street and Green Street.

Artesia Hotel
- Corner of Irwin and Sixth Streets
- Named after artesian well in its lobby
- Bu8ilt in 1891 by Hanford Development Company
- Original structure burned in June of 1891
- When was it Rebuilt?
- Original artesian fountain removed and well capped in 1980's

Hanford Carnegie Museum
Museum situated inside a building constructed in 1905 to house a Carnegie Library. The library moved to a new building in 1968 and the building became the home of the new Hanford Carnegie Museum in 1974. It features exhibits, artifacts, photographs, and stories related to the history of Hanford and the surrounding area.

Clark Center for Japanese Art and Culture (CLOSED)
Small Japanese culture and art museum that was located in Hanford for more than 20 years. The center closed in June of 2015 and its collection was moved to the Minneapolis Institute of the Arts.

Kings Drive In Theater (CLOSED)
Single-screen drive-in movie theater that first opened in 1948. The theater had enough spaces for 300 cars. The last two films were screened on September 29, 2012: "The 40 Year Old Virgin" and "Deuce Bigalow European Gigalo". Kings Drive-In was located at 14th Avenue and Lacey Boulevard
