Marblehead Coastal
248 acre, oceanfront residential community to be built on land owned by Irvine-based Sun Cal. This development was stalled in 2008 when SunCal lost financing backing from its partner, Lehman Brothers. Residential development of Marblehead is still on hold at the time of this writing but commercial development of the Plaza San Clemente Outlets Center is expected to begin in 2013 and be completed in 2014. In additional to outlet shops the center will include a multiple screen movie theater, sevaeral restaurants, a hotel with conference facilities. The residential community is expected to icnlude 313 homes and 100 acres of parks and trails.

Talaga Villa Homeowners Association

The 3500 acre, hillside, "Talaga at San Clemente" master planned community. The Talaga development includes the twoapartment complexes listed here, more then 4000 homes in several neighborhoods, two apatment complexes, 19 miles of trails, the Talaga Swim and Athletic Club, and an 18 hole golf course at the Talega Golf Club.
