Sierra Springville Rodeo
Annual rodeo sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). The rodeo advertises itself a "The Biggest Little Rodeo in the West". Usually held o9ver three days in April. The 69th annual Springville Sierra Rodeo was held April 28-30, 2017. Takes place at the Springville Rodeo Grounds, 34902 Highway 190 in Springville

Apple Festival of Springville
Festival held every year the third weekend in October. Features more then 200 booths selling apple dishes, other foods, arts, and crafts. The festival typically includes activities such as an apple baking contest, a pie eating contest, 5k and 10k runs, mountain biking race, a 2 mile walk, and live entertainment. Sponsored by the Springville Community Club.
